Terms of service
An agreement between you and Business Masters Enterprises Inc., who operate The Vault. Effective August 2026.
The service
The Vault stores credentials your business already owns, controls who and what can use them, and records every use. It is a tool for managing your own access — not a way to obtain access you do not have.
Your account
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure, turn on two-factor authentication, and remove people who no longer need access. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
What you may store
Only credentials you own or are authorised by the owner to hold. You may not use The Vault to store or distribute credentials obtained without permission, to attack any system, or for anything unlawful. We will suspend an account we believe is being used that way.
Agent access
You decide which credentials an AI agent may use, and you can revoke any connection at any time. Actions an agent takes under a connection you authorised are treated as taken by you. We give you warnings before high-impact access, but the decision — and its consequences at the third-party service — remain yours.
What we will not do
We will not sell your data, use it for advertising, train models on it, or hand your credentials to anyone. Encryption, the audit trail, revocation and expiry warnings are part of every plan, including the free one; we do not put security behind a price.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Complimentary accounts run for the period stated when they were granted.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Keep your own recovery path for critical accounts — do not let this vault be the only place a business-critical credential exists.
Ending the service
You may close your account at any time. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment, and will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data unless doing so would prolong active abuse.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
